We do not store credit card details on Our servers, nor do We have direct access to Your full payment card information. All card processing is handled directly by Squarespace Payments' secure infrastructure. We also do not share Customer financial details with third parties beyond what is necessary to process your payment and fulfil your order.

Order Processing and Delivery

We hold limited stock for our products. Items that are in stock and available at the time of order and payment will normally be dispatched within 2-4 Working Days from the order being paid.

At the point of purchase, We will inform You and provide an estimated delivery timeframe. While We endeavour to meet these estimates, they are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond Our direct control. We will keep You informed of any significant delays where possible.

For all UK orders, the delivery cost is included in the stated product price. We primarily use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries, but We reserve the right to change the carrier without prior notice.

For any international enquiries outside the UK, please get in touch by email at studio@anadeLRIO.com for more information on Your DELIVERY options. Please be aware that for international orders, some countries may impose import duties, taxes, or customs fees on goods entering their borders. These charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Additionally, international orders may occasionally experience customs delays, which are beyond Our control. If You require further information regarding potential duties, taxes, or customs procedures, We recommend contacting Your local Customs office.

Returns Policy

Our returns policy distinguishes between 'Made-to-Order'/'Bespoke' items and 'Available' (in-stock) products:

- Made-to-Order / Bespoke Items: Due to the custom nature of these products, which are created specifically for Your individual requirements, Made-to-Order and Bespoke items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are found to be faulty or not as described upon receipt. Please ensure all specifications are correct at the time of placing your order for such items.

-Available Products: For all 'Available' (non-bespoke, non-made-to-order) products, We offer a 14-day return period from the date the product is received by the Customer. If for any reason You are unsatisfied with Your purchase, and the item AND PACKAGING remain in an unused condition, please contact us by email at STUDIO@ANADELRIO.COM to organise a return.

-Returns are at the Customer's cost. Once the returned items have been received by Us and approved as being in their original packaging and unused condition, the purchase price of the product(s) will be refunded to the Customer. Please note that any original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount, representing a flat rate for the initial outbound shipping.

Claims and Complaints (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

We are committed to providing You with products of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Your rights as a consumer are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA 2015).

-Short-Term Right to Reject (30 Days): If, upon normal examination of the product, You discover a fault and the goods are not of satisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described, You have a short-term right to reject the goods for a full refund within 30 days from the date You received the product. Any such fault and Your intention to reject must be communicated in writing to The Company, ANA DEL RIO LTD, via email at STUDIO@ANADELRIO.COM within this 30-day period.

-Undelivered, Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Quantity: If the Customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, are defective, have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, The Company, Ana del Rio, shall, at its option, replace them with similar goods or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value. In no circumstance shall the liability of The Company, Ana del Rio, to the Customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.

-After 30 Days (Repair or Replacement): After the initial 30-day period, if a fault is discovered and the goods are not of satisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described, You retain the right to a repair or replacement of the goods. We will endeavour to offer a suitable remedy. If a repair or replacement is not possible or is unsuccessful, You may then be entitled to a price reduction or a final right to reject the goods for a refund (which may be reduced for use after six months).

-Exclusions: Please note that the rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding claims for faulty goods do not cover defects, damages, or wear and tear resulting directly or indirectly from Your misuse, neglect, bad maintenance, accidental damage, vandalism, or unauthorised operations or alterations to the product. Your right to a remedy only applies to inherent faults with the goods at the time of purchase or delivery.

-Reporting a Fault: To make a claim or complaint regarding a faulty product, please contact us in writing at studio@anadelrio.com, providing full details of the issue, Your order number, and supporting evidence (e.g. photographs) where applicable.
