Bespoke & Made-to-Order

Items created exclusively to your specification involve custom craftsmanship. Consequently, these pieces carry specific delivery charges and timeframes determined during the individual order process. Our pieces available to add to cart and ready to ship follow our standard/express delivery methods and timeframes, as outlined in the detailed breakdown below.

We aim to process and dispatch “available” items within 2 to 4 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales). Once your order has been carefully packaged and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Your order’s UK delivery Tier is based on the weight of your items. It will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Standard and Express delivery options are available for each Tier. Items which are priced over £1000 include free UK shipping at checkout.

STANDARD DELIVERY (Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 working days post-dispatch delivery aim)

-Standard Tier 1 (Up to 6 greeting cards) £2.85

-Standard Tier 2 (More than 6 greeting cards / Small items) £3.75

EXPRESS DELIVERY (Royal Mail Tracked 24: next day post-dispatch delivery aim)

-Express Tier 3 (Large items, such as a VIDA jacket) £8.95

Please note: We primarily use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries, but reserve the right to change carriers as needed to ensure safe arrival.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

How to order: at this stage, all international orders and shipping arrangements outside of the UK are handled on an individual basis. If you reside outside the UK and wish to purchase an item, please get in touch with us directly at studio@anadelrio.com so we can provide a tailored shipping quote and timeframe.

Customs, duties and taxes: please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. International shipments may also occasionally experience customs-related delays beyond our direct control. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions regarding potential import fees.

RETURNS

Bespoke & Made-to-Order

Due to the custom craftsmanship, tailored sizing and bespoke nature of our Bespoke and Made-to-Order items, these pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Available items (orders via our website)

-UK change-of-mind returns (refunds only, no exchanges)

For standard, non-bespoke/made-to-order products purchased from our website, we offer a 14-day return period starting from the date the item is received by the customer. To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the exact pristine condition in which it was received. Returns are sent at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked, insured postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. Once the returned item is received, inspected and approved by our studio, the purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount as a flat rate for initial dispatch.

-International change-of-mind returns (refunds only, no exchanges)

The same guidelines from above apply to international orders of these item categories. Please note that original international shipping costs, local duties and taxes are strictly non-refundable and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer using a tracked service.

Faulty goods and claims

We take immense pride in the quality and durability of our craftsmanship. Every piece is inspected rigorously before leaving our studio. However, if you believe your item has arrived with an inherent manufacturing fault, please contact us where possible at studio@anadelrio.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly. This does not limit your 30-day statutory rights.

Inherent fault claims do not cover normal wear and tear, natural aging or damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, exposure to moisture, accidental damage or unauthorised alterations. Please remember that leather is a natural material. Minor surface grain variations, subtle natural markings and a gentle patination developing over time are beautiful characteristics of leather and are not considered manufacturing defects.

How to initiate a return or report an issue

To start a return or notify us of a fault, please email us at studio@anadelrio.com with your name, order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the necessary return shipping instructions and address details.
